No sign of a fish on our second day of the season here in the frozen North! The snow has well and truly moved in and temps only just hovered above freezing all day. Whiteout conditions pestered anglers at times but hopes were still high as the river remained clear and dropped back to a very accommodating 2ft. Unfortunately only kelts were showing an interest. Tomorrow is another day.

The RS Firetiger tube had the kelts buzzing....
